What counts as a message
One message is one thing you send. Replies, voice playback and Bible lookups do not count separately. Unused messages do not roll over: every plan's allowance resets on the 1st of the month. Message packs are the exception and stay on your account until used.
Running out early
If you burn through a month, you can top up with a one-time message pack rather than being pushed straight to a bigger subscription. Packs never expire.
Cancelling
Cancel any time from your account and you keep everything until the end of the period you already paid for — no pro-rata clawback and no retention maze. Message packs you bought stay on your account after cancelling.
